Recipe for Cannabis-Infused Peanut Butter Balls

Satisfy your taste buds with our delectably satisfying ECO-Infused Peanut Butter Balls. This recipe is a Farmer’s Friend favorite!

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup puffed rice cereal

1/4 cup almond flour

1/2 cup unsalted peanut butter

1/4 cup honey

1 T coconut oil

½ tsp salt

8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

Farmer’s Friend Edible Cannabis Oil of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small heat proof bowl, microwave the coconut oil for 15 seconds. Stir in 1 gram FFE ECO and let sit and cool for 15 minutes.

In a medium bowl, add cereal, peanut butter, honey, salt and ECO-infused coconut oil. Stir until smooth.

Shape into Tablespoon size balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill at least 30 minutes.

Set chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water or melt in the microwave in 15-second increments, stirring after each heating.

Using two spoons, dip peanut butter balls into melted chocolate until coated and transfer to prepared baking sheet.

Chill at least 30 minutes to set chocolate.

Makes 12-15 balls. Enjoy!
