Recipe for ECO-Infused Jello Shots
Treat your friends to a festive, fruity treat with our ECO-infused Jello shot recipe
INGREDIENTS
One 16 oz bottle POM Pomegranate juice (you will need less than 2 cups)
5 small blood oranges
2 TBS unflavored powdered gelatin
Farmer’s Friend Edible Cannabis Oil of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Halve and juice the blood oranges.
Place each orange half in a muffin tray cup, cut
side up…
This will keep the liquid from spilling while it firms up.
Pour the blood orange juice into a liquid measuring cup, then fill with pomegranate juice until it equals 1 cup.
Sprinkle gelatin over and stir.
Bring 1 cup of pomegranate juice to a boil.
Add one syringe (2.5 grams) of ECO of
your choice. Stir.
Add hot juice to the cold juice and gelatin mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour evenly into the 10 blood orange halves in the muffin tin.
Chill for 3 hours.
Slice each in half before serving. Makes 20 servings.
Shortcut Method:
Add ECO to your favorite prepackaged JELLO flavor and pour into 20 portions in ice cube trays. Chill and serve!
