Recipe for Homemade Cannabis Infused Aioli

Aioli is a versatile ingredient that we love using for grilled cheese, deviled eggs, and especially a BLT. As always, at the bottom is a shortcut method for those limited on time.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

½ cup Sunflower oil

1 egg at room temperature

1 clove of garlic, minced

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tsp salt

Farmer’s Friend tincture of your choice

 
 

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients into a tall glass or container.

Using an immersion blender, pulse 8-10 times to emulsify.

Mix to make sure the aioli is a consistent texture.

Add more lemon juice and/or salt if needed.

Portion into 1.5-ounce containers and stir in 1 ml of Farmer’s Friend tincture of choice.

Store in the fridge up to a week.

Use whenever you need some special sauce for your favorite recipe. We’re enjoying our infused aioli on a BLT.

Shortcut Method:

Mix 1.5 ounces of your favorite store-bought mayo with 1 ml of the Farmer’s Friend tincture of your choice.

Keep refrigerated!
